In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "na9999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the na9999 platform at na9999.app and all related sub-domains.
• "Platform" means the na9999 website, its mobile interface, all game content, betting markets, promotional systems, and account management tools accessible through na9999.app.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered or is in the process of registering a na9999 account.
• "Account" means the individual membership account held by a Player on the na9999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money PKR funds deposited into and held within a Player's na9999 Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game play action conducted through the na9999 Platform using real-money or bonus funds.

To register and use a na9999 Account, you must:

• Be a natural person — corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.

• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of na9999 or any of its technology or content providers.

na9999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of pending withdrawals until documentation is provided.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the na9999 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your na9999 Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. na9999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact na9999 support immediately through the in-platform live chat.

na9999 conducts KYC verification in accordance with the requirements of its international gaming licence. Verification may be initiated at registration, at first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits reach specified thresholds, or at any other time at na9999's discretion. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID and proof of Pakistani mobile ownership.

All deposits and withdrawals on the na9999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). na9999 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your na9999 Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. na9999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges — players are advised to check with their bank or mobile wallet provider before depositing.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. • Funds originating from a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• na9999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the na9999 Account holder.
• na9999 may decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the promotional offer. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• na9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion currently being actively wagered on by a qualifying player will be honoured to the terms in effect at the time it was claimed.
• Only one bonus may typically be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared.

Any attempt to exploit na9999 bonuses through collusion, arbitrage, the creation of multiple accounts, or systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes abuse of the promotions system. na9999 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold related winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

All sports bets placed on the na9999 Platform — including cricket, football, UFC, and other available markets — are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to each event, in addition to the general betting conditions below.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. na9999 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available at the time a bet request is processed during periods of high traffic or rapid odds movement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet ID issued, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player.
• na9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the event has already commenced at the time of placement, or where the outcome has already been determined prior to bet acceptance.
• Maximum stakes and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market. na9999 does not guarantee continuous in-play availability for any given event.

For PSL and international cricket markets, na9999 follows standard cricket betting rules: matches must complete their scheduled overs (subject to Duckworth-Lewis adjustments where applicable) for full-match outcome bets to stand. Specific rules for ball-by-ball markets, player performance bets, and other specialised cricket lines are displayed at point of placement.

All casino games available on the na9999 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and all other RNG-based titles — are governed by the rules published by the respective game providers, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict specific to game mechanics.

All RNG-based games on the na9999 Platform use certified random number generators that are audited by third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG game titles are available within the game information panels accessible through the na9999 game lobby.

Live dealer games stream in real time from professional studio environments. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded on na9999's server-side logs. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome must be submitted to na9999 support within 48 hours of the event, after which disputes will not be considered.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the fair conduct of a game round, na9999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Winnings resulting from a provable technical error will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the na9999 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and the reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including name, age, date of birth, or contact details.
• Creating more than one Account, whether for personal use or on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the na9999 Platform in any form.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using na9999 as a vehicle for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Sharing account access, acting as an agent for third-party players, or pooling funds with other players outside of officially sanctioned na9999 group promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing na9999 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent KYC verification or responsible gaming tools through any technical or procedural means.

na9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure or fund withholding.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gaming tools in the Account dashboard.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance outstanding at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the last-used payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding security checks. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returned upon Account closure regardless of circumstance.

• Fluctuations in the PKR exchange rate or payment provider processing delays that affect the timing or final amount of a withdrawal.

Nothing in this clause limits na9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by na9999 or its employees.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which na9999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through na9999's internal disputes process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's designated dispute resolution body.

Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should first submit a written complaint to na9999 via the in-platform live chat, providing full details of the issue, the Account concerned, and any supporting documentation. na9999 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 days.

na9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — na9999 will provide advance notice to registered players via their registered contact details wherever practicable.

Continued use of the na9999 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Balances outstanding at the time of Account closure under this provision will be handled in accordance with Clause 10 of these Terms.
